Give each plan a place
Schedules, to-dos and routines
A schedule is a plan with a time, such as a meeting or class. A to-do is a result you want to finish. A routine is something that returns on the days you choose. Add a reading task for today, a meeting from 14:00 to 15:00, or a weekday routine to review tomorrow’s first task.
Choose one task to focus on
Select Focus beside a task to open the workspace with its title. The timer still starts manually. Planner completion and focus records are separate: finishing a timer does not automatically mark a task complete. Use the check button when you decide the plan is done.
What happens on a day off?
A repeating plan appears only on its scheduled days, starting from the date you choose. Checking Tuesday does not check Wednesday. Archive a routine to pause it without discarding previous checks. A plan with no time can belong to morning, afternoon, evening or any time.
Can I use another device?
This version does not yet have Google account sync. Export a planner JSON backup from Archive, then import it in the other browser. It replaces planner records after confirmation. A suspended mobile browser can delay timer alerts; a plan is not an alarm.
