A focus log with room for daily habits
Write one task if you want, choose 15, 25, 45 or 60 minutes, or set your own duration. Free focus counts up for reading or writing without a deadline. Start and pause deliberately. Finish records the active time, while Reset discards only the current interval. A completed countdown also records itself. Add a note afterward, then return to the time diary to edit or remove a record.
Check in on the days you chose
Add up to 12 habits, including archived habits. Choose every day, weekdays or your own days. A check-in can be undone with one more click. Scheduled days count toward a streak; days off do not interrupt it. Archive hides a habit without deleting its history. Permanent deletion removes that habit and its check-ins after confirmation.
Local records, clear limits
Workspace uses localStorage with a separate data key. It does not sync, require an account or send your task text, notes or habit records to analytics. When storage is unavailable, you can keep working in memory and export a backup, but a refresh can lose that temporary data. A sleeping device can delay alerts. Running timers restore from timestamps; sound never resumes automatically.
Questions before you begin
Where are my records stored?
Only in this browser, under a dedicated Workspace key. Nothing is synced to an account. Export JSON regularly if you want a backup.
Does refreshing stop a focus session?
With working local storage, running and paused sessions restore. Paused time is excluded. A suspended browser can delay alerts, and background sound must be switched on again.
Are existing home-timer records included?
No. The home timer keeps simple task and completion counters, without durations. Those keys stay untouched. Start focus in Workspace when you want a timed diary entry.
How do scheduled-day streaks work?
No. Only the habit’s scheduled days are checked. An unfinished habit today does not end yesterday’s streak before today is over. Missing an earlier scheduled day does.
